Gradient Transforming are pleased to have been recently engaged to assist a UK-based manufacturer and provider of advanced engineering and technology solutions to the automotive sector to carry out a specification and selection project to support their selection of new ERP systems.
With some 380 staff, the business has a number of divisions with varying operational characteristics and is currently reliant on a mix of disparate solutions. In order to support business growth, planned new products and services, and to improve efficiency and resilience, they realised the need for an independent review of their processes and systems to ensure these work in the most efficient way to meet both strategic and operational objectives.
