Recognised in the UK as the foremost provider of equipment for producing industry-leading temperature-controlled and refrigerated light commercial vehicles (LCVs), CoolKit has enjoyed excellent growth as a business and is seen as a market leader in its field.
To support the business in its next stage of growth and to improve efficiency and resilience, CoolKit wants to upgrade its current system. The team recognised the need for an independent review of their current processes and systems to better meet both strategic and operational objectives.
