Gradient Transforming have been engaged to assist a major UK PLC with an independent review of their current finance systems and processes.

Having grown in recent years, they now have several business solutions in place and in order to support further growth and improve efficiency and resilience, they are seeking an independent review of their processes and systems to ensure these work in the most efficient way to meet both strategic and operational objectives.
